This Fair Trade Organic Natural Process Ethiopian coffee is roasted either light or medium to bring out the extra fruity flavor that comes with the natural process. The light roast has brighter flavors while the medium roast has more chocolatey flavors. Traditionally the coffee cherry is picked, the fruit removed, the coffee seed washed and dried. Natural process lets the fruit dry onto the coffee seed before it is removed, which infuses much more fruity flavor!
Tasting notes are blueberry and white grapefruit with a chocolate finish.
